Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: A Great Leader is a Great Follower
by George Lasater
Hay Orrin I just wanted to be of topic. I Find when I get up and listen to a CD like Jim and Deloris martin, and check out this blog, it revitalizes the vision in my head to go out help other and accomplish things in a productive way every day. So thanks for our system to allow me to learn how to wake up my sleeping mind and get it thinking again. I guess it is not so off topic considering I had to learn to follow and emulate my leaders like a Larry VanBuskirk and Robert Lasater to Find out how to wake my self up and think and grow. Like it has been said before "that for a leader it is never getting somewhere they want to go fast enough" and I think he definitely does not grow as fast as he or she would always want to either. I know I always find my self needing to learn more to grow to the next level. all of these things are a great and wonderful things to know how to get where we want to go, where we have been and change to get better, faster, and help more people become! pay it forward as fast as we can I say. thanks Orrin George Lasater
