Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Re: A Great Leader is a Great Follower

Ian, Great post. Last summer I had a mild stroke. I didn't know what had happened, but I felt and acted weird enough that I checked into the hospital to find out what had happened. The tests showed that I had a mild stroke and that I had expereienced at least one other mild stroke or TIA in the past. I consider myself blessed in that I quickly recovered fully without any treatment. The main thing that I learned from that experience is a greater amount of sympathy with those who experienced a more severe stroke than I did. I said all that to say this: I am really proud of you, Ian, for how you and Pat related too each other, and I am proud to call you one of my friends from this and Chris's blogs. Most of all I am proud to be a member of a TEAM which makes stories like this not only possible, but common among TEAM members. DaveC
