Matt, Thanks for taking the time to share some of your notes with us. I know you were probably too fired up to sleep anyway :) A couple of "notes" have already punched me in the gut. Confronting reality without getting depressed. For a D/C temperment, this is a challenge to work on for sure. Patience, frustration, and attitude. When you doubt the messenger, you can't believe the message. Zing. Be humble enough to know you don't have all the answers. Kapow. Being hungry enough to pick up the clues. Chomp. This reminds me of an episode of Batman. :) Seriously, thanks for taking the time to post these notes. Thanks Orrin for taking the time to put them on the blog.
