Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: The Berlin Wall - A Study in Oppression and Captivity

Orrin, Thanks for a great history lesson! I went and checked out the "other blog" today and I could not believe my eyes........I did not post anything because I have learned by your example to take the high road, but I have to tell you that, my goodness, there are some "kool-aid" drinking people out there. I honestly believe I lost some brain cells after reading some of that "stuff". :) After reading what I read I cannot ever believe I represented them in any way shape or form. Just like President Reagan said "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall", someone needs to tell Mr. ----- (fill in the blank) to tear down his wall! Whew.......there I said it! Remember.....PEOPLE DON'T LEAVE ORGANIZATIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE POWER HUNGRY, THEY LEAVE BECAUSE THEY ARE IMPACT HUNGRY!!!!!! WE HAVE GOT A MILLION TO REACH!! Here to serve! Best, Matt
