Re: Michael Gerber - E-Myth Revolution

The video clip reminds me of a dream I had back around the time I joined The Team, the kind of dream you don't forget. In the dream I was traveling across the country with a small group of friends, we were headed to another state or city in search of opportunity. We were passing through some mountains and had to make a stop at a small town to eat and re-fuel. While we were in the town we noticed some people walking up a small road to a huge mountain off in the distance. We asked a local resident what was up there, he said that no one knows. He went on to say that everyday people come from all around and start the long journey up the mountain, usually with just what they can carry on their back. He said that it's a tough road, and that there isn't a vehicle that can make it more than a couple of miles before the passengers have to get off and go the rest of the way on foot. I asked him if anyone has come back, he said that most people make it about halfway and turn around, and that the rest are never heard from again. He said that there are many rumours about what is up there and what happened to the people who didn't come back, he said he's heard it all and that we were better off paying no attention to those crazy people and moving on. As we were headed out of town, we discussed all the possibilities of what might be up there. I had no clue of where I was headed in life, or where my friends and I were going to end up, but I couldn't shake the urge to find out what was up on that mountain. Before we left the town I told my friends to drop me off on the road. They couldn't believe that I was going to go up there. I heard it all from them, from "are you sure?" to "you're going to die". I told them, I'm not sure what's up there or what obstacles lie along the way, but I do know what's down here, and for some reason I have to go. I would rather try and fail than to regret never taking the chance. So I started the journey.
I know it may sound a bit cheesy, but I actually had this dream and couldn't forget it. I'm sure there are others out there who have had similar experiences, don't pass them off as coincidence or just a dream.
