Re: Quixtar Legal Defense Update

Orrin,
From some of the little guys out there to the folks that are contributing to this. Some guys like me that need to be able to get down to the business of moving on are being opressed by Q legal whether it be that leaders have been unable to take action to secure thier future or that people like me just can't get information and have no idea when I will be able to move forward with certainty. I am personally contributing in hope that we can end this opression and have a defense. My opinion is that Q legal needs to lose some legal battles with some of the little guys that just want to be able to do something to make money and have a future. The folks who have filed suit against Quixtar risk becoming targets of Q legal even when they have cleared thier obligations. They can drag anyone they want to into court for any reason. Something needs to be done or won that will discourage them from coming after poeple who just want to move on and turn the next page in thier lives. I am excited about the future and where we will all be able to go together when we are able. No one should ever be able to stop free people in a free country from making a living at thier chosen profession by using legal tactics to suppress free competition. If I don't like doing business with one company or if the company changes the deal, then I should be able to work freely with another one of my choosing. If I were to quit a sales job, then I could go to work for thier competitor if I chose. I could even legally hire a former coworker if I wanted. But you can't leave Quixtar without being legally opressed. With the upcoming changes it would have been just as well just shut the whole opportunity down.....yet they say "you are still our property"
I'm just glad that someone is doing something about it, because I'm not sure that I can do anything else but contribute to the legal defense fund. I would be happy to file a case against them, but I'm not sure I can afford to do that.
Thanks,
Dave
