Orrin, I just want to say that I have faith in you and all the leaders on the team. Sometimes it is very difficult not to get caught up in the he said she said stuff out there, and every time I verbally defend an accusation against you, you always say the very same thing that I have assumed about your character and leadership. Something one of my high school teachers taught us in a careers class was that "when interviewing for a job, one should never try to downplay or disparage the others competing for the job, only up sell yourself and your abilities that you feel make you qualified for the position." He went on to explain that most employers will not hire someone who does disparage or downplay the competition. You my friend stick to that advice very well and I just wish that certain political leaders running for public office would do such a good job following that principle as you do.
