Glo,
I just wanted to say thank you for the comment, and also to Tim P. and Sandie as well. I am glad you all got something from my post. You can blame it on Orrin for providing the platform where we can express ourselves. (He is getting blamed for everything else, he can handle it :)
I post a lot of things just to share my feelings and to get things from inside of me to the outside. Earlier in life, I had a terrible habit of stuffing my feelings deep inside, or medicating them into oblivion. I have found that writing helps me to release all that, writing on this blog or in a journal, doesn't really matter. The added bonus of this and Chris Brady's blog is that comments have to be approved by the big guys, so I try a little harder. :)
I also try to poke fun at myself and let others learn from my mistakes for a couple of reasons. Being of High D/C temperment has caused me in the past to get my feelings hurt easily, and to take myself to seriously. By poking fun at myself I attempt to work on/change that part of my temperment.
I have felt like a trapped animal for the past 7 months. There, I said it out loud. That is how I feel. I also have made the choice to use my time wisely, instead of just pacing back and forth in my cage. I have been preparing myself for the future. This is a big part of my WHY.
I want to bring my wife home from work. I want her to QUIT her JOB.
That is the first time I have put it in writing.
She works for a title company and is so completely stressed out when she gets home, every single day, that I believe it is affecting her health.
I want my wife to be able to walk away from that place. That is why I have made the choice to work so very hard to prepare for the opportunity that is coming.
Thanks for the comments fellow bloggers.
I wouldn't have written that down today if it weren't for you.
