Re: People Skills - Victory over Self

I consider myself an easy person to get along with, but I am shy and don't feel that I could add much to a conversation, so I usually am just listening. So I know that people skills is a huge area that I need to work on. It never ceases to amaze me how relevant everything with Team is and how the leadership information is so practical and helpful towards working to make one the best person they can be.
