I totally agree with you Dave! That nuggett was a great piece of teaching! Thanks for pulling that out of the article. Becuase of your perspective and noticing that statement you really helped me. Sure do appreciate you Dave! By the way since I know you are a fellow "Maxwellian" I just picked up his new book "Leadership Gold: Lessons I've Learned From a Lifetime of Leading" and it is awesome!
