I think I heard it on one of Doug and Sherri Strohs CDs. (I am a BIG fan of Doug and Sherri) Treat people how they want to be treated according to their own unique God-given personality. Yes, that was an eye opener to me as well!! We had been in Q for 6 years....never had we had so much respect for any of our leadership....they were sorta what you would call, "The Untouchables." They said they wanted to help you and told us how much they loved us and beieved in us from stage.....so it was like talkin the talk....but not walkin' the walk. So our respect was on a rapid decline...and we didn't know what more we could do....we emailed our concerns....drove 15 hours to have a face to face talk several times, but there seemed to be no way to change it from the top down....it was very discouraging....until God brought in the TEAM! TEAM raised the bar indeed, and may they continue to raise it!!! We've come a long ways baby.......but let's not rest for too long......the mountain peak calls....and we DO have on our mountain climbing boots again!!
