Tim P, the "Independent Code Administrator" for the DSA is no better than the current IBOAI board. I filed a complaint with the DSA that ONLY addressed the ways that Quixtar violated the DSA code of ethics. (Surprisingly, much of Q's shenanigans do NOT violate the code.) I received a letter from the DSA dismissing my complaint, along with a response from Quixtar that was dated two months before my complaint! I wrote back to the DSA asking them to actually read my complaint this time and to also notice that I did not bring up any of the issues Quixtar's "response" refuted. Quixtar sent me directly, via FedEx, a copy of their response to my second complaint to the DSA. Again, a bunch of lies. I have yet to hear from the DSA. I think my Democrat Senators and House Representatives may be motivated to take action, especially after we point out how much freedom from Republican scrutiny the DeVos campaign contributions have bought.
