About a year & 1/2 ago, I received an email soliciting me for some "Best of Dexter" materials (CD's, books, etc.). I chuckled while deleting the email. I deleted it because it was clear that "change" was already in the air and it appeared to me that, as regards certain previous leadership sources, "the best was over & the ~~wor...~~, uhm...'rest' was yet to come". Hindsight has proven the point, which needs no belaboring. And the best I can say at this juncture is that I am grateful to previous mentors for leading us to the path that we are all now on.
