Re: Amway/Quixtar's Illusory Contract Provisions

Orrin, I couldn't agree more. My wife and I went Platinum just prior to the change in the contact. So my position is that I never signed the contract with the new wording prior to going Platinum and I never signed anything after going Platinum. As you remember, for Silvers and above Quixtar automatically renewed your business and charged your Credit Card. Furthermore, at no time did I wish to or agree to being in the Amway business.
