Re: Amway/Quixtar's Illusory Contract Provisions

Orrin: As an attorney on TEAM, waiting for my six months to expire, I totally agree with your legal analysis. Amway is not suing people as a legal strategy, but as a business strategy to intimidate distributors by virtue of the fact that they can bulldoze people because of their economic superiority. It is only a matter of time before someone sues them for tortious interference with a didtributors right to do business. This is the type of behavior that can only be stopped by a huge punitive damage judgment against them. Bullys only survive so long without paying the price.
