Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Hey Orrin, I commend the honesty and integrity that you and so many other leaders have shown through all this so far. I dont know where you and your family were studying from this morning but i came across a passage in galatians 6:7-10, "Be not decieved; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith." Orrin i cant imagine the stuff that you and the other leaders have put up with so far, but remember what the apostle Paul says in verse 9, "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." I think that this verse is important enough to repeat. we dont know when that "due season" is, but we have faith that the Almighty Judge does. Keep it up Orrin. Thanks for your time. js
