Jon, I praised Les because: Les has developed professionally and is a practicing lawyer. He has developed personally and is reading and listening to grow his leadership. He has added comments to this blog that added value and encouragement. Les is also a child of God and I will always encourage everyone to the extent that I can truthfully. I compliment you for the hunger to grow and improve as well - as evidenced by your question. There is too much cynicism in the world and I have vowed personally to speak the truth in love - listen to honest criticism without attacking - defend the defenseless - and to the best of my ability live a life honoring to God.
