Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Orrin- Wasn't sure where the best place to post this is. I do think it coincides with principles here, tho. Just yesterday I was working outside with our 4 year old, when he slipped and fell. Of course, he got right back up. I quoted the lyrics to the song, "I get knocked down, but I get up again, Ain't nobody gonna keep me down...." Thoughtfully, our son asked, "Now who said that again? Oh, .... ya, it was that Mr. Good-word!" You know, the funny thing is that I don't think he could specifically recall hearing you say those words, he just knows what you stand for. Is that just awesome or what. (I also do not want to take away from the author of those lyrics, so whoever you are, thank you!) Oh, was that precious! And to think that a 4 year old knows what many are trying to misconstrue. From the mouth of little sprouts. Thank you, Orrin, for being a follower of THE GOOD WORD, and a great leader for us all. May God continue to bless you to His honor and glory, and for the salvation of souls. We love you!
