Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Hi Orrin and fellow readers, The past is gone, let's live for today and the future. I can't explain any one else's actions. The only thing I can control is my own. No one tell's it like you Orrin. You never misrepresent your self. The Amway thing should be a lesson. Make some money you can invest for the future. It couldn't hurt to have some corp's and own a few multi-unit storage places, apartment complexes, or other things that return a monthly payment just in case something your involved in becomes something you cant believe in or stand up for. I dont think the Amway owners ever really understood what it is like to be a distributor. Who in their family ever built a business to platinum or emerald? How could they understand it? Even the Yager kids, trying teaching us from no experience. They didnt do what their father did on their own, or so it seemed. Florida Dave
