Ryan, I agree. But when did I or Orrin ever sign up to be an Employee of Amway? I can see having to train an employee, not wanting your money you spent training them to be lost just to have them leave and go to another company. In that regards non-competes should hold up. However, non-competes should have no place in MLM's. We spent our hard earned money training ourselves through the Team system - (also a lot of trial and error). Let the best business plan win.
