Ryan, I agree with you that non-compete agreements should not be in MLM's. The point that I was trying to make was more from the stand point of an employer. If I invested my money to teach an employee a trade, I would want them to stay at my company and not start a competing business or go join the competition for a reasonable amount of time. I believe this is why non-competes started. I do agree with non-competes when used in instances like this. Thanks for you comment, Patrick
