Australian Transparents Facts: Issues a final challenge to IBO Fight Back - who apparently does not even live in Australia. Point1. The recognitions I posted of those who went silver in May 2008 are a copy from inside my virtual office at www.amway.com.au. So they are from Amways own site. They were all from New Zealand. The June Becuase magazine you refer to 33 silvers - that is because when you qualify silver it takes months for the recognition to get into the Becasue magazine. My own silver recognition & my recognitions above this pin level all took over 5 months to get in the magazine. So I can tell you from experience in Australia that the 33 you quote are not from the month of May 2008. Have you ever been recognised at 21%? What is your highest level? I know the facts - do you? I do not cherry pick my info - can you even get into the www.amway.com.au site? Do you have an Australian business whilst living overseas? Point 2. IBO fightback made the comment that nearly half of all Australians were born overseas. RUBBISH. www.abs.gov.au : The Australian government website on stats has this: SELECTED CHARACTERISTICS Australia 2006 Census % of total persons ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Australian citizenship 17,095,569 86.1% Persons born overseas 4,416,037 22.2% Point 3. The negative on the internet: The negative on the interent has truth to it. That is why people of all cultures wake up eventually & realize Amway is a poor model. By the way - please provide information as to how a product like $27 Tolsom is better than the $4.38 can I purchased from Woolworths this morning of Fusion Gel. If its better, then educate me and others why we should buy it. Where are the more expensive Shave gel products? The dearest product in the supermarket today was $9.99. I have had over 100 people (IBOs) attend the Amway Australia "Forever Young Tour" - which "educated" them on the benefits of Tolsom & other health & skin care products. Amway "experts" taught my group why they should buy it. How many repeat purchases do I have of Tolsom now - 1 year later - ZERO. I am speaking the Transparent Facts - not the spin that you put forward - sayin gwe need more product education. Been there, done that. I have had over 100 people go to Emma Page training. Only one person in my group still sells Emma Page. I have had over 5000 people pass through my network. I know that all the product education in the world does not, will not change the Brutal reality - people stop buying Amway prodcuts because the story & price don't match the average persons pay packet. I earn $80,000 per year in my job. I am telling you IBO fightback - my Australian salary cannot afford to purchase amway products to run my home. So I ask you how can I turn around and sell Amway prodcuts at retail - to help make up 100pv. By the way the 100pv model has been the official Amway plan in Australia since I joined in 1989. So in 2008 I must spend or sell $385 per month to qualify for 100pv bonus. This is not possible across a network of people, of which I have had hundreds upon hundreds pass through my group. They simply do not stay purchasing products. I have had long conversation at Amway Leadership trips with multiple Platinum & above leaders over the years - the comment that I had from many Diamonds - "we are just a conveyer belt". Have you been on these trips IBO fightback? How would you know the Transparent Facts. Point 4: ICHALLENGE IBO FIGHTBACK TO PROVE ME WRONG ON THE NEXT COMMENTS. The reality of Amway Australia is that 80% of the Australian Amway Diamonds that have qualified and currently have their picture on the wall at Amway Head office today - are not qualified at Diamond. Many are not even qualified at Emerald - they have not been for many, many years. I am flying into Sydney this week. I will report back the number of Diamonds on the "wall of Fame" at Castle Hill that I know for certain are not currently qualified at their Diamond Pin or any other Pin above that they have been recognised for. I will name them. So Amway puts them as pride of place on their wall of fame and also show off their Diamonds inside the Amway Shop - on a video screen - these Diamonds, most of which do not qualify at Diamond or above - proudly talk to the public about how good the Amway business is - when it is infact not the case. Amway sales in Australia are on the decline. The numbers of IBOs are on the decline. Did you know that Amway have sales meetings in Australia with IBO once a year. The invitation that has come out over the past 5 years has gone from being 21% and above and been reduced to 15% and above. Even these meetings are falling in numbers, not getting bigger. I CHALLENGE IBO FIGHTBACK TO STOP ALL OF HIS "PRO AMWAY" WEBSITE UNTIL HE CAN INFORM THE AUSTRALIAN PUBLIC OF THE FOLLOWING. * HOW MANY PEOPLE QUALIFIED DIAMOND 1985-2007 IN AUSTRALIA. * HOW MANY NAMES APPEAR ON MORE THAN ONCE! (ARE THERE ANY THAT HAVE DONE SO FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE) * HOW MANY QUALIFIED AT EMERALD, SAPHIRE, RUBY, PLATINUM FOR MULTIPLE YEARS. * WHAT IS THE ANNUAL TURNOVER RATE OF IBOs IN AUSTRALIA * WHAT IS THE CURRENT NUMBER OF IBOs IN AUSTRALIA, HOW MANY HAVE SIGNED UP SINCE 1985 & ARE NO LONGER IN If you cannot answer these questions then you fail public when you post a site called www.thetruthaboutamway.com . I directly attack you in regards to your unethical viewpoint, when you refuse to answer simple questions about the sustainability of the Amway Australia business. If you don't know, then ask your Diamond(s) I asked these Questions of former Amway manager Quinton Lelo - his answer "the Amway business is very fluid". I asked what do you mean - he said, "most Diamonds do not re-qualify" So why build the business for Amway Australia, when succes has no long term foundation for most people in Australia. Amway managers and Amway IBO leaders are fostering a lie - that can be proven a lie by answering the questions I have asked. If I am not teling the Australian public the truth about Amway, then prove it to them & me. Get the Transparent Facts or shut up.
