Good article Orrin. Way back in residency training I always believed I could learn a lot from good surgeons about what to do and bad surgeons ( and there were a few doozees) about what not to do. I could never understand how some of the bad ones stayed so bad. Either they were blind to there results, or they're egos were completely out of wack. Such is the case I guess with Q/A. Sometimes I think the Q/A initials really stands for Quack/Attack. I have to correct you on one point however. When I was at a Q/A achievers trip I think I heard Steve VanAndel say that he built the business too. All the way up to 12% before he quit. A whopping 1000 pin. God Bless Joe
