Amway's Australia letter is full of the usual lies and distortions, but the last suggestion--that belonging to the Direct Sales Association--somehow makes a company "legit" is expecially egregeous. I filed a very detailed complaint with the DSA against Amway/Quixtar. I specifically listed the ways in which Amway/Quixtar directly violated the posted "Code of Ethics" that DSA members are supposed to adhere. Their response was to submit a copy of my letter to Quixtar for a response. Quixtar's response disputed four complaints THAT I DID NOT LIST IN MY LETTER and did NOT address ANY of the complaints I did list. According to the DSA, case closed. Any comnapny that pays dues to that sham organization is suspect, in my opinion.
