Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Dallin Larsen of MonaVie - A Leader of Courage
by Ian from Texas
Orrin and fellow bloggers, I apologize for my absence from the blogs for the past month and a half. One reason that I have been quiet is that I didn't feel that I had anything to contribute. After Matt's last 2 articles, what more could be said. Matt Franks is going to be one of the best authors this country has ever read. I am proud to say that I blogged with him :) On to this article. I could not agree with you more. In Phoenix, Dallin walked right out into the crowd and began introducing himself to the Team. I just walked right up to him as stuck my hand out and looked him right in the eyes. I have done the same exact thing to Mr. Orrin Woodward in Houston, Texas and also to Mr. Chris Brady in both St. Louis and Phoenix. I get very strong first impressions of people by doing so. That is not to say that what I think of anyone means a hill of beans to anyone other than myself. For Leaders of the magnigtude of the men mentioned above to make themselves available to the newest member of the Team, in my humble opinion, speaks volumes about their character and integrity. These men don't HAVE to do that. They could comfortably sequester themselves back stage, away from the crowd, but they DON'T. These men are leading from the FRONT. When I got to look Mr. Larson right in the eyes, all I can tell you is that I KNEW without a shadow of a doubt that the Team Leadership had made the absolute right choice. When I saw my family members shake hands with Mr. Larson, and I saw how gracious this man was to my Mom, all I can say is that my heart could not be anymore behind the opportunity that we have been given. Thank you Leaders of the Team for the choice of Monavie. I am just getting started in this industry. Just a little ole "Silver" with a month and a half of experience under my belt. I will tell you what I do have. 100% confidence and belief in the Leadership of the Team and Monavie. My heart is behind this opportunity. We are running down here in Texas. I want to continue my personal growth so that if ever given the opportunity, I will HAVE SOMETHING WORTHWHILE to say. I pray for the Leadership of Team and Monavie to keep a humble heart. I pray that they continue to make the very best decisions. We are poised on the cusp of history to blow the roof off the Monavie Opportunity. I pray that we stay focused on our true purpose. Making a difference. We can. We will. I saw that myself in both Dallin and his beautiful wife. We are on the same page. Chocolate and Peanutbutter Ian from Texas
