I know what you mean about the Leaders taking time to work with and help the small guy understand and grow. I am not even silver, in fact I'm not even 100% sure whether my enrollment has been finalized. If it has I'll be at 200 or 300 PV! Woo Hoo! Yet Orrin never ceases to amaze me always lending his advice and putting in a word of encouragement. It is great to hear from someone like you who had to start over from a much smaller scale, as Silver is our first large goal. Average silver income would bring my fiancé home from a job that she hates and away from a manager who screams and rants and demoralizes the entire work team and makes the employees and my fiancé come home in tears.
