Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Mr. H-I, It is good to hear from you as well. We have not moved to Gold (yet). My focus has been on helping everyone get their feet under them. I have been heavily promoting the Team training system, and returned from the Phoenix Major with armloads of cds, dvds, and calanders that I have gotten into my Teams hands. It is still so very cool to me to see the light bulb flash on when someone who doesn't understand the value of the System get fired up over a cd or dvd. It is totally cool to see a business opportunity move from someone's head to their heart. I guess what I am trying to say is that I am doing my best to build a strong foundation, or root system. What good is it to jam 20 left and 20 right if they just get frustrated and quit. I have quite a challenge to spend quality time with people on my Team due to a pesky work schedule that really gets in the way. When someone tells me they are "too busy" to get involved with Monavie, it takes every bit of leadership development thus far learned not to snap like a maniac. I understand busy. So, too, are the ants. I know this blog isn't for Monavie specific business building techniques, but maybe Orrin will let this one slide by. I recently had the opportunity to ask a question of someone very successful in this business what his secret was. He shared 2 secrets with me. After glancing around to see if anyone else was listening....he said this: 1. You have to get started. 2. You add people one at a time. Pretty amazing right? Get to work!, get a plan. RUN.RUN.RUN. We are having the time of our life down here in Texas. We have already hit black diamond executive, we are just waiting for everyone else and the universe to catch up with us. :) See you guys at the next big event. Ian from Texas PS As I was typing this, one of my very promising new guys(Super High D) called to inform me that he was going to the seminar with me on Saturday. I haven't been able to get him to an open for the past 3 weeks, so his very first meeting may be a seminar! I can't wait for Saturday to get here!!! Oh, yeah, look out everyone, we have another engineer about to get educated!! This ought to be a blast. Did I mention I told him that the seminar is where all the Leaders would be? Where did I get that little jewel from? Golly Gee, it worked! Ian
