Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Orrin, First, I am humbled that you would see something I wrote worthy of passing on and checking into. A couple quick mentions. 1. The link to the IDS in my post doesn't work. I think I messed it up when I posted. 2. Just as one more fare comparison, According to Quixtar's ThisBizNow there were 0.0120% Diamonds in 2005. I just ran a percentage on the Emeralds from the IDS and it is 0.1156% of active distributors. This means that there is nearly 10 times the percentage of distributors making roughly 150k in MV than there are in QX!!! God Bless! P.S. If my numbers are off and someone can explain to me how (other than the latest data I have for QX is 2005, and MV data is 2007) please help me to understand better as well. P.S.S. I feel that it being 2005 QX and 2007 MV data is a mute point as MV has only been around for about 3 years which shows an extreme growth rate over QX who has been around almost 10 years and then almost another 40 before that under a different name. P.S.S.Z.X.R.Q.Y.V. If you are concerned about my identity being anonymous and the reason behind it please read my disclaimer for that here which explains my point of view on the subject.
