Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Amway vs. MonaVie Compensation Plans
by Andy
Orrin, I never hit a pin in the Quixtar business...it was just HARD. So I never really got a feel for what levels made what kind of money. All I really "knew" was that 50 in one leg and 20 in another would garner around $2K-$3K monthly (as per TEAM open meetings!) So it is a breath of fresh air seeing someone who was an EDC talk about who made what and compare it to what we have today! As a single data point, I'll let you know that as a Quixtar Booger Pin (snicker snicker), my wife and I topped out at just a hair over $100 in one single month, never to be repeated in the year we were in. And that's when we bought about $700 worth of stuff for that month. In MonaVie, in the last two months as a Star 500 (or less) we have surpassed $100 on a few occasions!! And that's when we bought a Bulk Order at less than half the cost at Quixtar. I have not taken a moment to do this yet, but I feel compelled to give thanks to you, TEAM leadership, and to Dallin and MonaVie. I know the "secret war" is not over yet. But thank you for staying strong. Right makes might. We'll see you in Hudsonville tonight!
