State Attorney Generals vs Amway/Quixtar
by
Anonymous
I am beginning research why state atty generals offices return complaints sent by Quixtar/Amway independant business owner slaves(ibos). Anyone care to post the letter they received from their state atty general on this blog? I am believing the amount of money budgeted for the AGs office plays a role in their intrest to tackle an issue. If the number of complaints are too high, my guess is it costs more $$. If the case against Amway reveals an encumbering, burdesome, money and resource draining effort, the tendancy may be to defer the ibos to their own legal councel. If the AGs office knows how much more money, resources, and attys Amway has over them, will that affect a response to the ibos?
Do the AGs have proper ethics and charecture, to not be influenced by political or financial gain or loss, by taking on a major political contributor?
Why hasn't an AG asked for help from the United States AG? What about a coordinated effort by AGs accross this nation?
If a very very few people are funding legal action to get the truth out about the Q contracts and actions, does it make sense that everyone else affected would participate if they could? Its almost impossible for an average person to financially get a ruling in court when going up against a goliath. The first thing your prospective atty will ask is how much money are you willing to spend on this effort. Your atty will tell you to be prepared for many years of legal battle and expenses. This is what the state AGs are sending each complaintant back to.
Why isnt your senator calling for an investigation of the state AGs response to its citizens?
There is massive abandonment of fiduciary responsibility by state AGs. It's time to mount a clear message to protect citizens from scared and under funded AGs.
My guess is Amway/Quixtars legal fund is in excess of 40 million. I will be comparing on a future blog how much of a budget some state AGs have. If some of you want to send info on your state AGs budget, it would speed up my response.
