Hello Orrin! You are very generous using a 3 to 8 year comparison. That marketing plan and business model although only called Quixtar for 8 years has been around allot longer than 8 years. I was first introduced to Amway in 1988 I was in and out of the business till 2001 or 2002 I was in the business through the Amway/Quixtar name change. The same diamonds in Quixtar are the same diamonds from Amway not all of them and more keep dropping all the time I can't believe how many Amway diamonds are back working full time jobs. But anyways as I'm sure you know it was just a name change. I believe Amway and that marketing plan was started/created in the 50's. So wouldn't be more like 3 years verses over 40 years.
