Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: A Network Marketer's Creed

It seems to me that there is some parallel between franchises and MLM. In the beginning of the franchises, people were skeptical of it due to its history of people taking advantage of others through it. Basically, it was not until McDonald's was growing that the franchise industry started to get a positive light for it. It seems that the difference maker was the introduction of a duplicatable system. Because the system is duplicatable, it automatically has an education system to bring about the duplication. The franchise has been going through a growing process that is still continuing. The MLM seems to have a parallel development. Creation of MLMs that in the early days created a history that gives the impression of "exploitation." Yet, now TEAM is at a crossroads to make a transform in the world of MLMs with its education system for making a community and duplicable systems. With regards to the liberal media, we should not be so hard on them because after all, they really do not know any better. All they know is how to tear things down that fit their own faulty model of life. This is their training; this is their life; why should one expect more from them? It seems to me they should be pittied because they are incapable or (worse) unwilling to expand their horizons and understand our position.
