Re: The Soul of Network Marketing

O,
Is there a new bump in the road? Or are you going to battle for the distributors still stuck with Q?
I own the six inches (approximate measurement) between my two ears. I am responsible for what I put into, process and spit or speak out. My relationship with my creator, God, His Son, Jesus Christ and the council of His Holy Spirit is also mine…from an “intellectual property” perspective, as is ANY personal development in which I have participated.
I, for the sake of any who wish to read my thoughts, am not dealing in trade secrets or divulging things which I should not be divulging. I have not pursued old relationships or sought to derail anyone from the Quixtar business model. I have met new individuals, both in the business world and in the world at large (delis, grocery stores, malls and houses of worship) with whom I have engaged in dialogue to determine their level of interest in a new, completely different enterprise, given the current economic situation that we, as a country, are currently experiencing.
I will not be cowed, couched, bullied or intimidated into thinking that I signed away my brain, sinew, muscle, blood, guts, emotions, ideas or sweat to any previous networking entity of which I may have been a part of in days gone by.
Yesterday has past; tomorrow is yet to come…and I operate in the here and now. Like my faith, my future is a snowballing collective encompassing everything I have experienced, read, learned, prayed for or failed at or have been constricted in along the way to where I am now at this particular moment in time I affectionately refer to as 'now'.
No one individual or corporate entity owns me, my past or my future. Products I have paid for, found useful, consumed, processed and, in some instances, flushed are now history. I received a letter of acceptance of my termination from Quixtar. They, like the energy drink I consumed this morning, have now been processed and discarded…the only difference being that tomorrow I’ll consume another energy drink before my 4.5 mile run (I drink Twinlab’s Pure Fuel for energy and Mona Vie original for the health of it).
Maybe I’ll insert my 'Braveheart', 'Matrix' or ‘300’ disc into the DVD for inspiration tomorrow night. But if so it’ll merely be for entertainment purposes…
…because no one even wants to think about pissing me off.
Your friend,
Gene Bulmer, a.k.a. g.a.b.
