Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: The Soul of Network Marketing

Dear Performers, It's a sad day in the USA when every area where people co-exist more and more rules have to be enacted to prevent the goings on of people who cant operate out of integrity, honor and responsibility for our actions. As more rules are generated our freedoms are reduced and the money cost increases upwards porportionately. How much harder does a person have to work and how much lower does our living standard have to be dropped to accomodate the cost increases, many of which are written into law? How unwilling we are to follow people who dont perform? Very unwilling. Can you imagine coming to a function to listen to the son or daughter of the performer, who works a job? Would disillusion be a result? Most of us imagine that the people not building a community, on a system, really dont know how their business got to where it is today. But, they are enjoying the fruits of someones labor, not unlike welfare, and they don't want it to stop. Therefore they will do anything, ethical or not, to maintain their position. And they do.
