Big T, If you mean live below your means, save major chunks of your income and don't buy anything on credit or borrow against equity then yes. I also took all my stocks and invested in municipal funds 3 years ago based upon unsupportable returns. I acted upon this and teach this to all that I mentor. Is that your way of asking for a loan? :) thanks, Orrin
