Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Boise State - Underdogs can Overcome!

Great video Orrin! The player who said "It was like a sense of belief just because of the amount of preparation we put into it" really nailed it. If you're not participating in practices or the components of the training system, you can't feel what others feel. You may be on the team, but, you're not seeing what the guys that will be playing in the game see. It made me think of something I'm sure I've listened to over and over through the system, but never actually heard it until this video: It's not the trophy or the end result that defines the "player", it's the hunger of that individual and commitment to give it all he's got regardless of the odds that defines that individual. A great comparison to TEAM/MonaVie. Anyone can see the end result and form the opinion that it just came easy for "you guys". Many of us probably had that opinion when we got started, but, since we've been on the playing field, practicing for the same game and victory as you, we see things the way they really are and understand it didn't come easy. Makes me respect you and the leaders more than ever! Thank you. ~ Gary S ................... ICorinthians 4:12
