Orrin, I came across this analogy the other day and i think is very good. A student asked his teacher about the stimulus package and how it worked. The teacher invited him over to his house and took him to the swimming pool. He then handed him a bucket and they preceded to fill the buckets with water from the deep end and pour them into the shallow end. The student puzzled asked what they were trying to do . The teacher said were are trying to make the shallow end deeper and the student said that will never work and the teacher said Exactly. Thank you for this blog Orrin I wish every american and more would read this. We need to reeducate americans and make this country would it used to be .
