Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Re: Why Socialism Fails Everytime - Entrepreneurship isn't Rewarded

I dont think anyone who is given money will ever rise out of poverty. If that was the case, then the government stimulus checks (welfare) would've created a new group of business builders. Such is not the case. Swami is a victim of his own thinking. How do you get off welfare when the jobs you can get from working dont buy the luxuries you are used to having for not working. Choosing to live below your means- delayed gratification- is a hard choice for both welfare recipients and people working jobs. As you say on the CD, you have to do power player plans if you want your view of life as you know it to change. Dave in FL
